Metabolic Health Check
A five-minute assessment

Most people are told their labs look fine years before anything is actually fine.

This check reads your numbers against optimal ranges rather than the reference ranges printed on a lab report — because "not yet diseased" and "metabolically healthy" are not the same finding.

Why the difference matters. Standard cutoffs are drawn to catch disease that has already arrived. Insulin resistance builds for a decade or more underneath them, while every individual number stays technically normal. Reading the same labs against optimal targets is what makes that decade visible — and reversible.

This assessment is educational. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace evaluation by your own physician. If you are currently being treated for diabetes, liver disease, or heart disease, use these results as a conversation starter with your care team rather than a reason to change anything on your own.

Use a fasting panel — nothing but water for eight to twelve hours before the draw. All values in US conventional units.

Sex — for HDL, waist, and ALT thresholds

These three markers have genuinely different healthy ranges by sex. The rest do not.
